Mini Moments Club

How it works-

I’ve had some questions about the Mini Moments Club so I thought I’d do a little post to talk some more about it and hopefully answer some questions!   If I still didn’t answer your question or you have a special scenario just let me know and I’ll be happy to answer any you still have!

I noticed throughout the year that a lot of my clients signed up for multiple mini sessions…and I also noticed (as I’m sure all of you have) that mini sessions book extremely fast!  So, I decided to offer a perk to my most loyal clients and give you the option of VIP access to minis all year long!  Here’s how it works:

Until January 1st, 2018 you can join for an introductory rate of $250 with works out to be about $83 a session instead of the full price of $150 for platinum or $100 for gold sessions. This gives you a total savings of $100! After January 1st, the price will go to $285.

Members will have 1 week to choose their date and time slot for their mini sessions before I open to the public.

Join anytime! It doesn’t have to be the beginning of the year! Your membership is good for the rest of 2018 when you join! This would make an excellent Christmas gift!

Membership is $250.00, $100 due at sign up and then $50 due at each of your three chosen mini sessions. This price includes three mini sessions that you can use anytime you want throughout the year.  Mini’s will happen on some weeknights and Saturdays. I will do my best to be accommodating.

Platinum Sessions are those sessions that include all immediate family members. (mom, dad, children) These sessions will provide family photos, individual child photos, group of sibling photos and mom and dad shots. These sessions will be 30 minutes and you will receive 30-45 edited photos to your digital gallery and your print release to have photos printed where you would like.

Gold Sessions are sessions that include only children (mommy & me, daddy & me are exceptions). These sessions will be 30 minutes and will provide 25-35 edited photos; these will be sibling shots & individuals. Gold sessions photos will also be uploaded to a digital gallery and a print release.

A member may choose only 1 platinum session and two gold sessions. Every session after the initial 3 will be 10%.

Mini Sessions for 2018

A member may choose only 1 platinum session and two gold sessions. Every session after the initial 3 will be 10%.

• Spring (platinum)

• Fall (platinum)

• Christmas (Platinum)

• Farm (puddles and barns, overalls and boots- that’s what this session is made of)

• Once upon a time (princesses & superheroes)

• Mommy & Me

• Daddy & I

• Summer Sports (whether t-ball, baseball, softball or soccer , it’s uniforms, balls, gloves- that says summer!)

• 4th of July (picnic blankets, flags, watermelon and all things red, white & blue)

• Back to School- (vintage desk, school buses, chalkboards & backpacks)

• Once a Bearcat (on NW Football or baseball field in your NW gear)

• Tee Pee (vintage boho look for girls, tea party and for the boys a more woodland and outdoor look)

All sessions must be redeemed before December 2018.

Previously asked questions:

Q: Do I have to buy one for each child?

A: No!  All mini sessions include up to 4 children.  However…depending on the theme will depend on if we can get a picture of them together or only individually. 

Q: Do all of my kids have to do each mini session?

A: No! You can mix them up however you like!

Q: Is there a deadline to purchase the membership by?

A: No….at least not yet!  In order to keep it a VIP type deal obviously at some point I’ll have to cut off membership to ensure that I can get everyone in.  We do have a “magic number” that we hope to reach and IF we get close I’ll post an announcement when we have 5 spots left.  Based on the comments and emails I’ve gotten I think a lot of people are asking for this membership for Christmas or buying them after Christmas so it wouldn’t surprise me if we reach that number in January.

Q: What if I like the idea of the membership but I don’t need that many pictures throughout the year?

A: Sorry I can’t help you there….I have 50 million pictures of my little girl and I don’t think you can ever have too many cute pictures of them!!

Q: Will you be doing the same themes you did last year?

A: Hoping to do some new fun mini sessions, you can see the list in the list above!

**Mini sets including live animals or time sensitive props (i.e. fresh watermelons or baby calves) can not be guaranteed after its featured mini session date!
